This review is strictly for the grilled chicken salad. That thing was DELICIOUS, tasted fresh, and was more than filling. I'll definitely order that again, as it's easily one of the best grilled chicken salads that I've had, from a fast food restaurant. The price is what knocked a star off.

I had a very awful experience here. I ordered at the drive through and asked for both sides to be fries on my meal. Well I pull up to the window to pay and asked if my meal had both fries. The lady was very ugly and said, "you didn't ask for double fries." I said, "yes ma'am I did." She goes on to argue with me saying that she took my order and i most definitely did NOT order that. Well she let's out a long sigh and gives it to the cook and says, "the guy in the window needs double fries but he didn't tell me that." I said, "I'm very sorry if you didn't hear me." She goes on to ignore me and then hands me my bag. WORST SERVICE EVER! 140 Deundrea needs to learn customer service.

I love Zaxbys. But this one sucks. It's the worst one I've ever been to. There wasn't a clean table in the building and there was only two parties there. The coleslaw was spoilt and the chicken tenders were so tough I couldn't eat them. The management is terrible. Will not be back. Do yourself a favor and go to the West Monroe one.

Usually would give more starts but lately I am unable to understand the order takers. Seems that proper speech is not required to work.

Poor customer service I've been eating at this Monroe location 3-4 times a week for the last 6 months and my last 3 visits I've received poor customer service and attitudes from both managers and employees I will never return there again!!!!!
